PHOENIX – The first four postseason games between the Nuggets and Suns have been speckled with spectacular performances from the series’ superstars, draped in elite shot-making and accentuated by dramatic swings of momentum. All of which has led to a 2-2 Western Conference semifinals, with neither side able yet to break serve on the other’s home floor. Here’s one twist Denver must ensure becomes only a plot point and not a trend.
