<p>1 1/2  cup plain panko crumbs</p>
<p>2 tbsp reduced fat mayo</p>
<p>2 containers of fresh lump crab meat</p>
<p>2 tbsp of the <a class="zem_slink" title="Old Bay Seasoning" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Bay_Seasoning">Old Bay seasoning</a> ( use more if you like!)</p>
<p>1 small onion finely diced</p>
<p>3 stalks of celery finely diced</p>
<p>salt and pepper</p>
<p>1/2 lemon squeezed</p>
<p>1 egg beaten</p>
<p>Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray pan with baking spray. Mix all ingredients together well, use your hands! Form into patties..Place pan on stove top and heat 2 tbsp olive oil to medium high. Brown on both sides about 4-5 min each. Place in baking dish and bake in oven for 35-45 min.</p>
