A simple dessert just perfect for hot summer days!
Boil 1 cup of water and add in 1/2 cup of Splenda
Using a 8×11 glass pan, pour the cooled off water into the pan. You can also chill the pan ahead of time to save you time as well.
Pour in pureed fruit or juices of your choice, atleast 3 cups. Mix together well, and place back into the freezer.
I used 6 mangos and a dozen strawberries and just pureed them together in the blender.
Stir every 1/2 hour till hard. Then using a fork scrape until little pieces of ice form.
Serve in wine glasses or glass bowls
A healthy treat you can enjoy all summer long! ( add in a little rum too for a little pizazz!)
