My new favorite dessert for the grill! I discovered chocolate angel food cake at Whole Foods bakery last week and have fallen in LOVE! As you know I dislike baking so this was a win-win! I have always put Angel food cake on the grill, but never have I used the chocolate variety..All I can say is WOW! So easy to do and the flavor of the cocoa is really enhanced when heated on the grill. Just cut the cake into 2 inch slices and place on the grill, cook for abour 5-8 minutes each side. Top with fresh cream and enjoy….again and again this summer on your grill!
