I make this recipe often, especially around holidays or I bring it as a gift to someones house. You can add whatever you want to the recipe, like turkey bacon and veggies. Its a really basic recipe that you can always change up depending on your mood! I like to make mine a lot of times with mushrooms and feta cheese…:)
3/4 cup fat free creamer
salt annd pepper
1 prepared pie crust
2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
a pie dish or pan
Pre heat oven to 350. Mix eggs and creamer together with the salt and pepper. Place crust in the pie plate and make small slits in the base. Place cheddar cheese on the bottom. ( If you are adding cooked turkey bacon or sausage and veggies, put them there too!) Pour beaten eggs on top and place pie pan on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Crust will be brown and the middle should not move when you jiggle the sides of the pan. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
