Seasoned 2 tuna fillets with salt and pepper…then poured toasted sesame seeds on a plate and placed the tuna on the seeds, flipping over to cover both sides.
Placed in pan on stove top at medium high with heated sesame oil and 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce.
Cooked for 3-4 minutes on each side. Placed on a plate to give the Tuna “rest” time for about 5 min. Sliced the tuna into thin slices.
Placed on top of a bed of Arugula each with 1/2 avocado sliced and 1/2 mango sliced with thinly sliced red onions.
Drizzled with a Balsamic glaze.
