Panko Crusted Lemon Tilapia

4 filets of Tiilapa

1 egg white beaten

salt and pepper

2 cups itaian seasoned Panko crumbs

1 lemon halved

Pre heat oven to 350

Spray baking sheet with Pam. Season fish with salt and pepper.  Dip fish in egg white, press each side down into the Panko crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Using the lemon, zest over top each filet. Using just one half sqeecw the juices over all og the fish. Slice the other half of the lemon thin andplace onthe baking sheet next to all the fish. Bake for 20-30 min.

I served it with Asparagus that I cooked at the same time as the fish. Place in baking dish and squeezed the lemon juice over the asparagus and season with salt and pepper.  Drizzle with olive oil . Bake for 2-25 min.

I also used a medium butternut squash and cut it into half and placed in baking dish and covered with Press N Seal…cooked in microwave for 10 min..let cool and then spooned all the squash into a bowl. Added low fat butter and seasoned with salt and pepper. I place the baked Tilapia on top of the mashed butternut squash.
