I have some of the delicious Apricot Glazed Beef Short Ribs ribs left over from Sat nite, so I thought why not turn them into BBQ Pulled Beef Sandwiches?? And so I will, and I know it will be a big hit with my husband. Will make some fresh coleslaw to go with it too.. So easy to make! Check out the recipes here..Coleslaw
So I pulled off all the meat from the short ribs, in which most of it just fell off
Pulled apart with a fork, smothered with a honey BBQ sauce I bought at Josephs Classic Market..Dinosaur Bar BBQ sauce from Syracuse, NY..When I used to to be a travel nurse, one of our assignments was in Rochester, NY. And there was this awesome Biker bar there called The Dinosaur Bar, and we would go there every Friday nite for the BBQ, bike shows and good music. So when I saw this BBQ sauce now being sold down here in Florida I knew I had to buy it! Their sauces are excellent, and they all have a nice bite to them too.
So I’m going to set it to marinate all day, then I will just heat it up on the stove top later, serve it on whole wheat buns, with jalapenos on the side. And the Classic Coleslaw! Sure to be a yummy surprise to my husband tonight!
