Fresh Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
I didn’t have frozen butternut squash, only fresh..So I cut in half and then in half again. placed face down in microwave safe dish and cooked for 12 minutes.. Skin easily comes off and you have mashes squash! I also used soy cheese shredded cheddar..So good!
